Select PDF forms by navigating in file browser or by clicking on 'Fill and Sign' context menu item (shows up after a long touch).
Signature capture capability depends on external Signature Capture library. You will be prompted for installation from the Android Market once when needed.

Hello,
Very good App.
Is there a Batch mode? how to call this app from another app?
@Didoo: thanks for your comment. Currently there is no batch mode but we would like to hear more about your idea. Also, there is no way of calling our application from another one. Please add and upvote both of your ideas in our feedback forum available at:
http://fillandsignpdfforms.uservoice.com/
It would help us to prioritize things.
As a company, what we wish to execute is the ability to create a form (PDF is fine), store the form on the smart phone and send them as a batch each evening without having to have the phone connected to the web until sending in the evening. This should provide date and time stamp as each form is completed. This would be used by a sales force to accept signatures for samples being left with physicians but the need for internet is only in the evening to transmit data. Can you provide such a program? We are happy to pay. The idea is to be able to give sales reps either a smartphone or ideally a tablet (less expensive) without the need to pay for phone service. Let me know what you come up with.
@Michael: yes, these things are already possible with our application. Permanent internet connection is not required. All files are stored in folder named Fill_and_Sign_PDF and can be shared any time you want. Document modification time stamp is stored in PDF properties as well.
Excellent app!
How do I clear all fields after using the form?
I save it with different name after filling the form but when I pull the original to fill with new data, the information from the previous time I used it is populated and I need to remove everything manually.
Any help will be appreciated.
Did I mention it is an excellent app?
THANKS
@Anonymous: currently it is not possible to clear all fields, but that's a feature scheduled for the next release. Check for update during the following week.
Can you change the tab order. I have the tabs set up properly on the PDF but it all changed when loaded in Fill & Sign.
Great app otherwise. looking forward to a master clear.
@kurtisbain: please send your PDF file to support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz and we'll take a look.
@kurtisbain: clear option added. When you are filling your form, press 'Menu' hard button and then 'Clear all' menu item.
I use forms created by acrobat 9. The app works okay until save and then view the form. It is then that I see none of the data that input to the form.
Any suggestions?
@Fred: it could be that the fonts that you are using are not supported by our application or PDF reader installed on your Android device. Try to open the filled form on your PC. If data is not shown, email the original PDF Form to the support email address and we'll take a look.
I have a form for filling in fields that are calculated. I know the fields work, the form is functional in windows. But the form in this application does not calculate the fields automatically. Is there any plans to add this capability???
@Mike: eventually yes, but we do not have any time line. You could speed up the process if you add and upvote your feature request(s) here:
http://fillandsignpdfforms.uservoice.com/
Yep, way ahead of you....I did that about the same time as I posted the question here.
Thanks tho...

What is the term for the standard $99 license? Is it 1 year?
No, it is unlimited.
Can you share the source code of the app? I'd like to extend it
@bader: application is not open source. If you would like to see some features implemented, add and up-vote them on our support forum here:

I need detailed step by step instructions on how to get a customer to sign a waiver. I can get it filled out ok but am confused to the signing part. Thanks!
@gina: Your PDF form should contain signature field. When this field is present you will be shown a button that triggers our Signature Capture application. If the application is not installed on your device you will be asked to do so. After you capture a signature, press 'Menu' hard button and then 'Done' menu item. This brings you back to form filling. That would be it. In case you have any further questions, please contact support at the following mail address: support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz
I keep receiving "form1[0].#subform[0]." above each text box before the label. How do I remove this?
@daham33: that's the name of your textbox. The best would be that you give it some meaningful name in your tool that you used for document creation.
Clear all function needs to reset combo box fields to their default value.
@Xandrax: this will be fixed in the next release (v2.1.2).
Is there a way to open pdf/forms without having to go into the file manager each time? Maybe like highly used forms shortcuts? Thanks
@rj: currently not. If you would like to see this feature implemented sooner, please up-vote it on our feature request forum here:

Signature app will not trigger off of my signature field. There is no button to push to lauch the signature app, I can type in the field and it saves what I typed. Any ideas?
@KM: send your PDF form to our support at support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz and we will take a look ourselves.
The option to open the pdf form from the file manager does not appear on my Asus Transformer tablet. Each time, I have to manually open fill and sign PDF and browse to the file from there. I have tried the stock file manager as well as various third party file managers. Any ideas?
@rabeatz: please contact support at support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz as we need more information about this.
can i get developer's email id of this application ??
@Anonymous: it is support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz
Hello, in like the app and made some signing-tests but now it sais credits erschöpft, that sounds like the number of signs is limited.. is that true or what does this error mean?
Thank you!
Martin
@Martin: yes with Signature Capture library you are allowed to capture up to 5 signatures per week for free. If you need more than that, you should buy one of commercial licenses. Contact support+sc@binarysolutions.biz for further assistance.
I have downloaded this app on my Asus Transformer tablet TF101 and it wont let me save or sign documents because it says there is a password on the PDF...but when i do it on my laptop it works fine....and i ma using the same pdf which comes from another source...why is it doing this? help please! what do i need to change on my tablet for it to work on there too.
@Anonymous: Unfortunately, the current version does not support password protected files. This feature will be implemented in one of the future releases. Meanwhile you could ask the source to remove the password protection from the document. Sorry for not being able to help you more.
I have a PDF file that won't sign and fill. Need some help with this.
@Anonymous: send the file to support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz We will take a look ourselves.
I have a form my crew fills out when servicing a client. It contains a lot of inventory type items that we bill extra for they typically fill in a number on paper. The crew also initials tasks completed and may also make notes about the service. Are there any limits to the amount of columns that can be used in your format? Any plans for this to dovetail with quick books so we could manage inventory and generate invoices from this form?
@Az Gardener: No, there is no limit on number of columns used in PDF forms.
Regarding the integration with Quick Books, currently such thing is not planed. We might consider it if enough customers ask for that feature. So please add your request here:

I love it....life can never be smoother...thanx
@diaz liz: Thanks a lot.
I plan on using this program in my Real Estate business. Looks like it will work! Wish I could see the whole form but this WILL work for now. Support was helpful. 4 stars. 5 stars when I can see the whole document.
Is it possible to have required fields on these PDF forms? I have certain information that I NEED to have filled out. If not, is that an enhancement you can provide.
@Anonymous: it's not possible currently. Yes, we can provide that enhancement. Please contact us at support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz
Hi! I love the app, but i have a problem... When I open a form created in Adobe Acrobat is shows the field names perfectly, but, if the form was created using Adobe LiveCycle Designer it shows "form1[0].#subform[0].Header[0].Date[0]" event though I've changed the field name to be "Date" any ideas of how this can be fixed? Thanks!!!!
@Leslie: we do not have direct experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer, but there is a separate 'name' for the text that is displayed, and actual 'name' for the form field. You need to change the second one as well. In case the problem persists, contact us via support+fasp@binarysolutions.biz
Good software
Yes
App doesn't work when the name of a field contains an ä, ü or an ö. In german many words use these letters. Please correct.
@Anonymous: field names containing special letters do not conform to the PDF standards.
I have the Fill and Sign PDF Form app installed. I have the Signature Capture app installed. I created a form with input fields using OpenOffice and exported as a PDF. So, how do I enter a signature into one of the fields when I open the PDF using this app? Does it need to be a certain type of field? Instructions or a tutorial of some sort would be helpful.
@Josh Boulton: Yes, it is a special 'signature' acrofield. The application will pick it up and provide means for signature capturing.
